Parking permit schemes

We have Parking permit schemes in many of the areas we manage.

We normally introduce them when residents struggle to park due to people parking in the areas that don’t live there. This typically happens in city centre locations with people parking in spaces all day which restricts use by residents.

Permit scheme’s in your area

If you feel your street could benefit from a permit scheme, get in touch with us. At least 50% of residents will need to be in favour, and we will always work to find solutions to issues before bringing in parking control measures.

Fines

Parking permits are managed by Vehicle Control Services (VCS). Although the permits are free, you can be fined for not displaying your permit correctly. Fines are £60 and increase to £100 if you do not pay within 14days.
