Derby Homefinder is the name of the website for people looking for social housing in Derby. It includes homes available to rent from Derby Homes and several other registered providers (housing associations) in the city.

Derby Homefinder is a Choice Based Letting system, which means you get to choose the available homes you want to be considered for based on the size and type of property you need.

Before you can use Derby Homefinder, we need to assess your rehousing needs from your application. If you are eligible and qualify, you will be placed in one of the three housing bands. You will need an email address to apply.
