Customer Priorities

Customer Priories are a simple list of the things that you have told us matter to our customers. The priorities relate to themes that came out of the Customer Survey. Each priority has a number of specific actions we'll be taking.

The priority themes, which we will be responding to are:

  • Litter
  • Noise complaints
  • Parking
  • Dog fouling
  • New Build
  • Homes
  • Income
  • Engagement
  • Maintenance

Some of the priorities are specific to a few local areas and some relate to the whole city. Full details can be found on the right hand side of this page.
