How we are run

Derby Homes is an Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) that is owned by Derby City Council. We are run by our board which oversees our work and ensures we are meeting our mission, objectives and values.  

The board can delegate their powers to a committee that includes two or more board members. These committees are Operational Committee, Audit Committee and Governance Committee.
